I started purchasing, renting and selling real estate here in the Central Florida area 15 years ago. At first, I did so to acquire properties for myself. Over the years, I referred real estate deals and opportunities that I passed on to other colleagues, friends and family members. After years of forwarding deals and providing free advice, I decided to become a real estate professional. I acquired my real estate license and began working for a local broker. Not satisfied with working for someone else, I soon decided to branch out on my own. An entrepreneur by nature, I decided to obtain my broker’s license and opened my own brokerage, Cottage Realty and Property Management, Inc. I have a full service brokerage that assists my clients in purchasing, listing, leasing and selling land, residential, commercial and investment properties.My greatest joy comes from working with first time home buyers, assisting them in making the transition from renting to home ownership.
