Patrick first got his real estate license in Texas back in 2015. He had always been curious about the real estate industry. The career field seemed to suit his skill set, so he went to work as a leasing broker for industrial properties in Houston. When he moved up to Seattle in 2017, real estate was all he knew, and was all he cared to do.
