Relocation Help Done Right!

Very warm, inviting personality. She was always helpful and willing to stand in for me when I could not due to living in a different state than where I was purchasing my home. Very responsive to all forms of communication.

Outstanding Service

Nancy is outstanding! We are so grateful she was our realtor in purchasing a home. Her expertise was invaluable throughout our buying process from our initial meeting in selecting the area we wanted to live and all the way through closing, ensuring we understood everything. She is so personable and likeable. With her skills, knowledge and just being herself, we trusted her in helping us find our home, which turned out to be our dream home, which we never even thought about. From the initial search to the closing, there were many days in between, due to where we were in our process. Nancy was there and checked in frequently. From our offer to closing, all steps were covered. We highly recommend Nancy as someone to care, be with you every step you take, and to deliver your expected results in the end., Thank you, Nancy!

Real Estate In Her DNA

Nancy was great! We gave her a huge task of selling my mother’s house as quickly as possible so that we could turn around and buy another house for my family of four with the addition of my mother. She was determined to help us find the right house to fit all of our needs! Nancy has real estate in her DNA having had a family member formerly in the business. She learned excellence from the best! Nancy was absolutely professional and definitely an advocate for us putting our needs front and center. I recommend Nancy Powell 100% to all my friends and family.
