Nancy House

With a name like House, Nancy must have been born to sell real estate! She has always loved real estate. She can still remember the feeling of driving up to her first house, it wasn’t much, but it was mine. That belief in real estate and love of homes was the motivating factor back in 1978 to become a real estate agent and it has stayed with her all these years. In 1978 Nancy started at a large, corporate, nationally syndicated firm. By 1980 she had moved to a small, locally owned company named Windermere Real Estate! Being small and locally owned meant it was focused on their community, their neighborhood and service. It was fun being part of the tremendous growth and change as it became one of the largest national firms. But she missed the personal nature of that original company. In 2018 they moved to a new locally owned and very tech savvy company, Metropolist. Small means agile, a quality that is very necessary in this ever-changing tech world. But small doesn’t mean fewer services or less production. She is proud to say that Metropolist Real Estate is a group of agents where professionalism, quality of service and maintaining relationships are the order of the day.
