Morgan Hoffman

She is an Idaho native who began her career in real estate at an early age, working as an executive assistant to a local Realtor. A short time later, she moved to the sunny beaches of San Diego where she was quickly promoted to serve as Chief Operating Officer for Excel Properties, a real estate company specializing in selling REO properties. By the time she moved back to Idaho, Excel Properties was the #1 office in San Diego County, with over $256,400,000 in closed sales volume in 2008. The spring of 2009 brought. She came back home to Boise and in April of 2012, she partnered with Nick Smith. Today they operate the we Love Boise Real Estate team and the brokerage firm, JPAR Live Local.
