A long-time resident of Maine and New Hampshire, Michael has owned and sold multiple personal properties, investment properties, as well as owned and operated several businesses both home-based and commercial. He brings these years of experience into the real estate market to help guide both buyers and sellers whether it’s a personal home, rental property, or for business use. Focused on the needs of landlords seeking to invest in additional properties or market current investments, Michael purchased his first multi-family property in the '80s in central Maine. Even his father had multiple properties in the Augusta area. Michael will assist in determining ROI and help assist in assessing market conditions.
