Michael prides himself in his ability to affectively market and negotiate a transaction. Michael is a detail-oriented person. He gives the same attention to each and every transaction, through the entire process, to make sure you obtain the results that you desire. Beginning with assisting you with the appropriate value for your property, to marketing, to negotiating the sale, and ending with the transaction closing on time, Michael will make sure your buying or selling experience is a positive one. Michael has lived in the Portland area since graduating from Lewis and Clark College with a marketing degree in 1991. Michael obtained his real estate license while working for a marketing company that specialized in providing data to builders and developers that assisted with their sales function and their ability to find land. Michael made the switch to a full time Realtor in 1996 and only regrets not making the switch sooner, as he states, “I love what I do and I wish I would have started sooner!” Michael’s expertise involves marketing new home communities and subdivision property and finding lots and land for builders and developers. However, Michael also has a team to work with his referral, re-sale customers, which he enjoys because it is always fun to catch up with and assist past customers.
