She is a local Seattle Urban Specialist because the Seattle area is what I know. I was born in West Seattle, spent summers at Lake Sammamish, and have lived in Ballard, Capitol Hill, Green Lake, View Ridge, Bryant/Ravenna neighborhoods and currently living in Edmonds. I can say with sincerity that most of my adult life has been spent understanding the greater Seattle area.
