Lara started her career in sales after obtaining her degree from Florida State University and her MBA in marketing from the University of Tampa. Achieving high levels of success in sales, her entrepreneurial spirit brought her into the real estate market, first as an investor. Lara built an investment portfolio in her spare time and eventually got licensed so that she could share her passion for real estate with others. Once licensed, she continued to buy and sell properties for herself and her sphere. Lara built her first portfolio focused on condominiums and her familiarity and knowledge of the inner-workings on the condominium as an asset-class gave her a competitive edge with both buying and selling these homes. Today, Lara has a business focused on the luxury condominium and townhome markets of South Tampa and is individually in the top 1% of all Realtors in the Greater Tampa Area.
