Kandi Schromm

Kandi Schromm is an accomplished real estate agent with a wealth of experience and expertise. She attended Ithaca College and The University of Massachusetts Boston before moving to Daytona in 2004. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Kandi owned New England's largest mediation and arbitration company, where she gained valuable negotiation experience that has served her well in her current profession.Kandi is a full-time, full-service Realtor in Daytona Beach who strives to make each client a customer for life. She is known for her calm and competent approach to the buying and selling process, and for her effective communication skills. Kandi is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Daytona Beach Association of Realtors, and their Honor Society.
