Joyce Rasmus

Joyce Rasmus is the Co-Owner/Broker Associate of the real estate business she and her husband started in September 2002. She is a member of NAR, IAR, NWIA Board of Realtors, and Storm Lake/Cherokee MLS, and has served on the local MLS and committees of the local Board of Realtors. Her business motto is “Our Strong Family Beliefs and Values are the Key to Your and Our Success”, and Joyce takes pride in striving to guide her clients and customers through a smooth experience when looking to buy or sell a property. She wants them to know that she is always there to answer any questions or concerns. Her office covers a thirty plus mile radius with Cherokee as its center, and she and her husband were raised in the area. The couple has lived in the Holstein community for the past 36 years and has three grown and married children, as well as eight grandchildren. Joyce looks forward to a great professional relationship with all her customers and clients while leading them through their venture of buying or selling a property.
