Susan Ferrell

Personal: I was born and raised in Juneau Alaska. Growing up I was always involved in extra-curricular activities through school and church. I graduated from Juneau-Douglas High School in 1984 then moved to Ellensburg and got my degree from Central Washington University in Education. I later got my Master’s Degree from Heritage University. My current hobbies include spending time with my family, Hiking around the valley and volunteering at church.Professional: I am a licensed Realtor and have experience as a sales associate that dates back to the late 1980's when I began my career as an agent. After taking time off to raise my young children, and working in the public school system for 5 years, I resumed my real estate career in 2002. I believe in continuing your education, so after taking the courses required, I passed my Broker exam and am now a Managing Broker. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase or sale of single-family homes, income properties, and vacant land. My focus is on providing the knowledge you need to make informed decisions, along with providing excellent service. I believe that communication is one of the biggest keys to achieving that success. My desire is to have a client for life, not just for a transaction - so every client can expect me to be professional and hard working as I strive to make the process of buying or selling go smoothly!
