Cosby TN Home for Sale

Beautiful, Unrestricted Creekfront Acreage in Cosby just minutes to the National Park, white water rafting, hiking, horseback riding and all things adventurous! It's also just a short drive to the bright lights and excitement of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. This remarkable property features a charming one bedroom, one and a half bath, two story cabin nestled on 20 wooded acres of absolute paradise deep within the Forest. The land is very gentle and offers numerous building sites. This 20-acre parcel is divided in half by a noisy year-round creek which means you own both sides of it. No, you don't share the creek with anyone! But it gets even better, there's another creek that runs along the northern boundary as well for a total of around 1000 feet of creek frontage per the survey. There are massive hardwoods, giant rhododendrons, mountain laurel, evergreens, blackberries and lush natural foliage as well. This property is virtually untouched by time and still boasts remnants of hand stacked stone walls from a century ago. It offers the ultimate in privacy, seclusion and serenity. The cabin is comfortable and cozy, just as you would expect. Downstairs you'll find a fully equipped kitchen including custom cabinets, a kegerator, stainless double door refrigerator, a gas range and hardwood cabinets. The Livingroom is a very comfortable space with a charming gas fireplace, spiral staircase, and plenty of natural light. The full bath features a custom tiled shower with glass doors, a nicely appointed vanity with a glass sink, ceramic tile floors and a tankless water heater. Upstairs you'll find a generous loft area with a half bath featuring custom cabinets and mirrors, ceramic tile floors, a roomy personal closet, a king-size bed and an office nook or sitting room that looks out over the creek. The outside features plenty of covered deck space, a full metal roof, two sheds and even a 20x30 foot block foundation ready to expand the living space if you desire. This is a very rare and unique find, an absolute MUST-SEE property. It is truly one of the prettiest pieces of land I have ever seen. The deed shows Zero Restrictions to slow you down, so the possibilities for development are limited only by your imagination. Easy, year-round two wheel drive access. This place checks all the boxes! After nearly twenty years, the elderly owners can no longer care for the property the way they'd like to and have reluctantly decided to sell it. It is being offered partially furnished and ''as-is where-is'' with the right to inspect.I don't think this one will last very long so call and schedule your own personal showing.
