Scott's "Your New Coach in Real Estate" brand came about by one main thought: The Golden Rule. His intention and driving principle are to treat you, the client (and new friend), the way he would want to be treated if he was the client and you were the real estate agent. He takes a very direct and simple approach through educating his clients before he even shows them the first home. He feels knowledge is power and with that allows his clients to have the ability to ask the right questions at the right time. He shares every possible scenario that can happen during the purchasing of their home. Again, by coaching his clients on the entire process allows them to drive the ship as he simply guides them. When asked by clients, friends and family on whether or not they should get into real estate, the answer is always "yes" and goes along with an offer to mentor them through the entire process. He does this because of his passion and the fact he still is a huge fan of what he does for a living.
