I think Tu Le really understands the real estate business, process and the local market. Her negotiation skills are excellent. If there is something I think Tu could do a bit better than she already does is to be a bit more closely in tune with the client's specific needs and situation. I also felt that responsiveness went down a little after the home purchase was complete, when I still had a few questions. Having said this, I still think Tu has amazing skills that will allow a buyer to get the home that they want. I am glad that we had her as our agent and would use her services again if I were to sell or buy property.
