Tom is extensively involved in his community and church. He is a long-time member of The Exchange Club of Omaha, a national service organization whose members have fun while doing projects that help Omaha be a better place to live. Programs of service include hosting an annual Tee Off Against Child Abuse golf tournament, raising funds to help reduce child abuse in our city, annually acting as a team host for one of the eight College World Series teams, recognizing a deserving veteran through the “Relentless Warrior” program, and honoring praiseworthy students from Boys Town with the annual ACE awards.Married for 47 years to his wife, Sandi, Tom has three children, and eleven grandkids – nearly all who live in Omaha.
