My husband and I was looking to buy a house all cash! Went through several real-estate agents some who acted like they wanted to help and some who did NOT want to be bothered with our little bit off savings. Back in January, we decided to sell our co-op at Laurelton Gardens. We lived in the community for several years and felt it was time for a change. We spoke to several realtors but we didn't connect with any of them, quite a few were dismissive because it was a co-op and not a private home.
