When we first met him he made a point of telling us he was on our team, working to get us the best deal and looking out for us; I took that as buzz words for the business but quickly learned that it was honestly how Steve operated. He had our backs, looked out for our best interest, supported us, advised us and was willing to walk away and start over if needed when we ran into difficulties with a seller, rather than pushing us forward when we didn't feel comfortable.
