Bought a Single Family home in 2024 in Brick, NJ.

My husband and I were not even shopping for a new home when we came across an opportunity that interested us. Requesting a tour, we were “assigned” a realtor to represent us as “buyers”, and we truly were lucky to be matched up with Ryan Koehler. He immediately struck us as friendly and professional. He and his team were knowledgeable and committed to helping us through every step of our ultimate purchase. We cannot say enough about how his availability, communication and advice led to a smooth and pleasant experience. Thank you to Ryan and his team!

Bought a Single Family home in 2024 in Arrowhead village, Brick, NJ.

We met Ryan through Zillow when we recently started looking for a new home. We reached out for an appointment to see a home and he responded very quickly. He met us the following day and we knew he was the realtor for us. He is very straightforward and trustworthy. We did not get the salesman vibe from him and honestly believe that he had our best interest at heart. He helped us find the perfect home and advocated for us the whole way. We felt completely confident knowing we had him on our team. We are now in our new home and are so thankful for all the guidance from Ryan.

We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Ryan and Jesilyn! From start to finish, they made the entire home-buying/selling process seamless and stress-free. They took the time to truly understand our needs and preferences, always keeping us informed and offering insightful advice. They were always available to answer questions, provide updates, and guide us through every step. Thanks to their expertise we found our dream home (quickly too!) and couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and passionate real estate team, we highly recommend The Koehler Team!

Bought a home in 2025.

We met Ryan about a year ago when we clicked on his name on a Zillow listing and that was one of the best decisions we ever made. Considering we had already walked away from two other Agents in the area we were extremely happy with his immediate response. Ryan is very professional, personable, up front and honest and is so much more than a Real Estate Agent. He really understands who we are and what needs and wants were. He was with us every step of the way through a very long and difficult journey to finding our home. When we couldn’t find a home to purchase, we started renting and ended up moving into two different rentals! Ryan worked diligently to find us a home but was always reminding us that he didn’t want us to have “buyers’ remorse.” He was always contacting us about properties for sale but even more checking on us personally with our mental and physical health through all our trials and tribulations. Ryan and his team always went above and were absolutely wonderful to work with. We finally purchased our forever dream home last week and couldn’t be happier. We couldn’t have gone through this journey without Ryan by our side every step of the way. We cannot say or thank him and The Koehler Team enough. We now consider Ryan, Jesilyn and Angela part of our family. Thanks for everything, see you soon, Nancy & Bob

Our experience in buying a home with Ryan and team was A++! We were undecided about location and Ryan's knowledge about the area market was very helpful. The level of communication and follow up was just the right amount. Documentation and paperwork was easy to execute. Thru our buying process we not only gained a realtor but also gained a friend. Highly recommend Ryan!

Bought and sold a home in 2025.

We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had working with Ryan to sell our home. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He guided us through every step of the process with patience and confidence, helping us feel at ease during what could have been a stressful time. We truly felt like we had a partner in the process, someone who cared about our goals and worked hard to achieve them. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond to help you buy or sell your home, we highly recommend Ryan and his team. We are so grateful for everything they did for us!

Sold a home in 2025.

I just recently sold my condo in Keyport and Ryan Koehler and his team did a fantastic job with making sure everything ran smoothly and went well with the sale. He was extremely patient with all the questions I had and was available for my calls, texts, and general concerns 24/7. I appreciated his attention to detail and making sure my concerns and input was taken seriously and adjusted based on what was needed. He stepped up at all the right moments to make sure the sale went smoothly and constantly kept in contact with me, the other realtors, and attorney so that everyone was in the loop. He also gave honest and trustworthy feedback when it was needed and had my best interest as his number #1 priority at all times. Overall great experience and highly recommend using him and will use him in the future!

Ryan did an outstanding job with listing our home!! In his first meeting with us, Ryan was very thorough in explaining his strategy in pricing and marketing our property. He explained every step of the entire process of listing and buying so we were prepared and always moving in the right direction without skipping a beat. As we were searching for our new home, he continued to provide outstanding expertise in guiding us through that process as well. We would HIGHLY recommend working with Ryan!

Sold a home in 2025.

Ryan and his team made the process of selling my moms estate go as smoothly as possible, starting from beginning with thoughtful advice on cleaning out/staging all the way through closing. The listing was so well done I am still receiving comments about it. The house was listed promptly, and we had multiple offers to choose from within a few days thanks to Ryan's advice on pricing and his teams marketing. This is the second property we have sold through Ryan, and am looking to forward to working with him again in the future!
