The couple have 45 years of combined experience, Peggy started in real estate first coming from a family of General contractors and tradesmen her father Max Busby a well know name in the area left a legacy of semi-custom and custom homes in this area and throughout the State.Ray started a year later coming from a publication, photography and a marketing back ground.They met and married here in Hollister, they have 3 children Lisa, Danylle, Nathan and 4 grandchildren Robbie, Amy, Lane and Zachary, all but Nathan live in San Benito County.They have successfully helped clients purchase or sell properties in the San Benito, Monterey, Santa Cruz, South Santa Clara areas for many decades.
