Plantation FL for Rent

Wonderful townhouse in a quiet and relaxing spot. Two stories with large master bedroom, new floors, and new dryer. This community is a little paradise, water view right from your backyard, few steps from the community pools, tennis court, and a long shaded path to walk. The unit is perfect for a family, but it's also perfect for two friends sharing rent as long as both are in the contract per association requirements. It's also very well located with easy access to highways and main streets. Close to Central Park of Plantation, Sawgrass Mall and other shopping locations.
