I walk a lot of properties as an off grid real estate specialist, but I'll tell ya what, I rarely get the good vibes that I got walking this property to take these photos. So peaceful, and such good vibes. This is a motivated seller, and an incredibly beautiful property with a decent dirt and gravel road getting to it. Huge juniper and pinyon trees interspersed with cozy meadows and gently rolling topography really helps mellow you out. Sellers collected tires for a planned earth-ship home so let their efforts be your beginning! No HOA, no deed restrictions, but there is an annual road maintenance fee of $200.
