One of the largest projects he was intensely involved in was the 125 unit Grand at Diamond Beach. Chip possesses extensive knowledge of various financing vehicles available to the real estate investor and has personal experience dealing with 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Chip embraces the value of learning like he is going to live forever! He has completed courses to earn certifications at a Certified Real Estate Negotiator, holds the Resort and Second Home Professional designation, and is a certified New Home Sales Specialist. His nineteen years of experience and ability to build a world class team has allowed his team to be recognized as one of the top 15 teams in the State of New Jersey.
