Todd Pultz began investing in real estate in 2013 with the purchase of his first 4-unit multi-family property. Very quickly, Todd found a love and passion for real estate and learned that there was a better way to manage rental properties and how to treat tenants. Todd believes in maintaining nice properties that allow residents to have a safe place to call home in an environment where they are treated with respect by their landlord/owner. Todd then saw an opportunity to help the communities by bringing distressed properties back to life and selling them to homeowners or holding them for quality rentals. Currently Todd personally manages/owns Thousands of properties in the Miami Valley, continues to rehab homes and works on development opportunities. Todd obtained his real estate license so that he could assist other investors, homeowners, home purchasers and others alike in a manner that takes the stress out of the process and allows the client to feel comfortable that they have someone in their corner looking out for their best interests at all times through Integrity, Honesty and Transparency!
