Larry has always had a passion for Real Estate. Growing up he enjoyed riding in the family car, going through neighborhoods and looking at beautiful homes and buildings. This sparked an interest in him that carried through into his adulthood.When he was at the age of 18 and still in High School, he purchased his first house not for himself, but to lease out to other individuals needing a Home. It was rewarding to have been able to accomplish purchasing a House at such a young age, the reward was so great that he continued to purchase and invest in Real Estate. That was when he started the company Carpenter Rentals. It felt great to provide safe and affordable Housing. Their company is now over 150 units, and they are continuing to expand their portfolio.As the business grew, he felt that there was more that he could do in the world of Real Estate, he was already doing sales for a chemical company and enjoyed working with people and helping them with their needs and wants. That was when he decided to take the necessary steps needed to gain his Real Estate Broker license.Since receiving his Real Estate license, he had the privilege of working with so many great people in the community! It has been incredibly pleasurable to help so many buy or sell Real Estate! Every client has turned into a great friend, and he has learned so much from each and every one of them.
