"A little about me"Prior to shifting careers into Real estate, I was an ASE Master auto/light truck technician specializing in transmission/driveline repair & overhaul for approximately 28 years, always in the Seacoast area of Strafford County.I made the choice to become a licensed real estate agent after getting involved with a small group of investors and developers purchasing raw parcels of land and developing them into residential homes. Obtaining my salesperson license was a common sense and seamless transition. I have lived in Belknap, Rockingham and Strafford counties and practiced Real Estate in Belknap, Carroll, Rockingham, Strafford and Sullivan counties. I attended the Barry School of Real Estate, completed the required 40 hours of documented pre-license training, followed by passing the state of N.H. and National licensing test. After 2 years and several transactions, I was then eligible to obtain my broker’s license by attending an additional 20 hours of documented training,the next step in propelling my real estate career. I completed the additional training, passed the required N.H. Brokers test and gained Broker status. My real estate career began in a 3-person office in a small-town servicing surrounding towns and municipalities. I've had my license hung previously with 4 agencies, the last being a good ‘ole fashioned, "Mom & Pop", full-service agency for almost 13 years! (GREAT years I’ll add) I will always consider that agency to have been "2nd to none"! If I had I not been involved with the other agencies, I never would have learned the differences between a “good agency” and a “GREAT” one! With the sale of that agency to a franchised agency, I quickly found out that I did not want nor am I cut out to be part of the franchise model of agency. I made my next move to "Your Next Move Realty LLC" consisting of a great mix of long time, seasoned agents from my previous brokerage, other brokerages and newly licensed agents.
