John grew up incredibly poor in a single-wide trailer. They had little to no money, were evicted several times, had no running water or plumbing, No AC, broken windows, and mushrooms growing in the living room due to mold, among just a few things. He was commonly an easy target for bullies as he smelled, his clothes were hand-me-downs and he had no money. He was beaten up, spit on, and mentally abused and it did not stop when he returned home. His parents progressively got worse, and he was incredibly thankful to move out at the age of 16 and start renting. John knew one day he would take all this energy and circumstances he dealt with and create something great. Not just for him but for his family. Not just for his family but for other families. He would not change a thing from his past as it has molded him into what he is today. Determined not to fail. He will not be beaten. He will outwork anyone and everyone in his path. He will be sure to provide the best to his clients as he knows how important that is. His reputation will one day speak for itself. John will never put money above a person. That is how he practices today in the real estate realm. He has created a team of over 40 agents that have the same level of thinking that he does. He has consistently been in the top 5% in the state for 4 years running and in his last two years he has been top 1%. He started in real estate when he was 23 years old. He bought his first property and moved his adopted sister and brother into his house, along with his best friend. It was quite the learning experience and he quickly realized this was a fascinating industry! He was able to gain equity, own his home, add significant deductions to his taxes, and supply housing to the most important people in his life. After years of living in the home as his primary residence, he decided to rent out the property. This was another great learning experience as he did his own property management, repairs, and negotiations. Once he realized this was an incredible opportunity to create additional wealth, he purchased a second home. John lived in it for a couple of years and then rented that one out and moved to AZ. He bought a third home when he got here and continued to rent the others and gain equity the whole time. He realized after selling the rentals for significant profit and claiming primary exemptions to keep profits tax-free, that it was time to license and help other people do this. Not be just a realtor but someone who can talk from experience. There is nothing he wants more in this world than to provide a life he never had as a child to his own children. John has been able to allow his wife to quit working and raise our kids in our home. He has helped hundreds of families accomplish the goal of owning a home and building wealth all while creating lasting friendships with them after the sale.
