Mark Goad

Since 1997, Mark has been helping folks buy and sell homes in the Richmond metro area. Nearly 100% of his business comes from referrals and repeat clients. You will not see him in traditional advertising venues: billboards, newspaper ads, bus benches. Instead, he focuses his energy, time, and money on taking the best possible care of his clients before, during, and after a move. In return, he enjoys your referrals to similar folks who appreciate the level of service he provides. He is a Virginia native, a Richmond resident since 1986, and a REALTOR® since 1997. He earned his broker license in 2003. Mark has also earned and maintained a number of other real estate designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI). When he is not working, he enjoys traveling (especially cruises!), bicycling, dinners out with friends, winery and brewery hopping, movies, and reading.
