Beautiful 2.4 acre lot with a beautiful, large, crystal clear, sandy bottom creek in the back of the lot. There is electric, natural gas, phone, county water, and cable to the property. This saw mill dates back to 1910 and was nicely preserved under 6-8 inches of dirt. The logs where cut from the area, dragged by the ox to the creek in the back of the lot, and then floated to the Yellow River (which is less than a mile west) and then floated down to the local lumber factory.
