Pat Grasso understands that buying or selling a home is the largest financial transaction most people make in their lives and the first step in helping either a buyer or seller is to understand their wants, needs and goals. As a Realtor, he provides his clients with responsibilities of confidentiality, loyalty, disclosure, accounting, and reasonable skill and care. This means that he is with each client every step of their real estate transaction.Prior to working in real estate, Pat was in the construction/plumbing field. With Pat’s background, he is able to use his experience to see the possibilities when showing homes to any homebuyer. He knows what will add value to a home and what will work with his client’s budget. Pat also enjoys working with young families who are just starting out, lending his expertise and guidance, especially when evaluating homes that may require updates.Pat is also quite knowledgeable about the greater San Joaquin area, having lived and worked in and around Stockton for more than 20 years. Pat is active in his community, maintaining affiliations or board positions with the American Cancer Society, YMCA, Linden Little League, and Linden Youth Soccer Association. When Pat is not working with Buyers and Sellers, you can find him with his family enjoying outdoor activities such as camping, fishing and dirt bike riding.
