Chico CA Home for Sale

Fell out of escrow! (no fault of the seller) With $90,000 in upgrades, this model home is sure to please! It served as the model home until the owners moved in, in 2016, & has been gently lived in by only one wonderful couple. It has everything you've ever wanted and more! Gorgeous custom window draperies and blinds, beautiful granite counters and custom tile work, hardwood flooring, imperfect-smooth wall texture, custom wine closet & two wet bars! You will find your dream kitchen with a walk-in pantry, an island with seating, and more storage and counter space than you will ever know what to do with! You have a separate family room and living room with a fireplace to enjoy. Upstairs you will find all the bedrooms and the convenience of a separate laundry room. The master suite is spectacular with its own fireplace and an en suite bath that includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower. This home has a generous amount of built-in storage to keep life organized. Unlike a new home, this one has a beautiful shade tree in the backyard along with your own pergola. There is a Reverse Osmosis System for great drinking water. The Culligan water softener is owned and almost eliminates hard water stains - and ladies, you won't believe the difference in how your hair looks and feels! Isn't it time you enjoyed the life of luxury!
