I am Scott Frederick, the proud Broker and Co-Owner of Ormond Realty. I specialize in Customer Satisfaction. This allows me to participate in all real estate transactions from buying, selling to investing in residential and commercial property all over the beautiful city of Ormond Beach and its surrounding areas.I began working as a Realtor in 2001 and I have enjoyed every aspect of it ever since. I have helped many homeowners sell their homes to relocate, downsize or upgrade. On the other hand, I have helped many people realize that their dream of a new home is possible. I consider myself to be a “hands on” realtor, helping and educating my clients through the process so that they can make decisions which are best for them.My family ties to Ormond Beach run 4 generations deep. I thoroughly love this area and have vast knowledge and insight into the many different communities and local waterways. I enjoy fishing, boating, kite-surfing, surfing and yes, anything else dealing with the water. I also enjoy socializing at the local Tiki Bar and restaurants located Downtown.As much as I enjoy playing and spending time with my family, I enjoy working hard to see you reach your Real Estate goals.
