In today’s world, personal service is a vanishing concept. The charm of an area like Bardstown cannot be meaningfully navigated by an agent from a surrounding city, or even a local agent with a larger real estate brokerage that may dabble in real estate as an occasional hobby. Mark is the only agent that will answer his calls, show a property to his buyers, and advocate for his clients best interest, no matter the hour. He wants to be the only point of contact for his clients. He has one assistant, Katherine who has over 20 years of real estate service. Occasionally, one of Mark's four children, three of which are teens, come along to business dealings or help out in the office to learn the ropes at a family business they plan to later join.
