Orange CA for Rent

This was a 4 bedroom, but closet was removed from one bedroom and it is now a large den or office. Owner would provide a portable closet if tenants needed 4 bedrooms. After a fire in 2003, this property was rebuilt with dual pane windows, added insulation, all new electrical (lights on dimmers, many many outlets), there is a large open kitchen dining area with oodles of storage. Double door refrigerator, new microwave built in as well as granite countertops, gas cooktop and oven, and bar seating in addition to dining area. Custom fireplace in living room, wired for surround sound, accent lighting over fireplace, can lights in ceiling. All on one level. Lots of storage in the hall bath and an extra hall storage closet. Master bath has large walk in shower (peek in, it's larger than it looks). Ceiling fans in many rooms. Central air. Laundry in garage. Owner will leave washer and dryer for tenants' use. This is a very comfortable home in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood.
