Steven Henry lives in the Kalorama neighborhood and has been a DC resident for over 30 years as well as a Real Estate Professional since 2006. He has made the Washingtonian Magazine Top Producer list several years in a row. He holds an Associate Broker License in District of Columbia and a Salesperson license in the State of Maryland. He is a member of the Greater Capital Area, Maryland and National Association of Realtors and holds BPOR, SRS and GRI designations. Steven has a degree in both Communication Design and Computer Graphics; and prior to becoming a real estate agent, he served as the President of a small local graphic design agency which specialized in corporate image and print advertising. In preparing homes for the market, he takes a personal approach and handles everything from staging and photography to brochure/ad design and online marketing himself. Steven’s real estate career has been focused on working with first time homebuyers interested in a condominium lifestyle. Over the past five years, Steven has served as both a Senior Project Sales Manager and a Buyer’s Agent in nearly a dozen tenant conversion condominium projects in both DC and Montgomery County.
