We manage both single family and multifamily.I am a long-term real estate agent based in Jacksonville, FL and a highly experienced property manager with over 15 years of property management experience. My focus went from primary home buyers to investors, as I now almost exclusively work with investors from newbie to experienced and from local to out-of-state/country. My past roles as a Residential Property Manager has lead me to my current role, for I have the knowledge and experience to identify what investors are looking for.In 2021, I partnered with Thirdstone Properties. At that time we were managing ~70 properties. We quickly grew this portfolio to over 325 properties under management by the end of 2022 through client acquisitions and management transitions. Our clients trust us with their rentals because of our dedication to providing high quality service from helping with acquisitions to property management.As an investor myself who owns three rental properties in Jacksonville, FL, I understand and can relate to the challenges and desires a real estate investor faces.
