Originally from Texas, I served in the Army for 20 years. Brought to North Carolina with my family on military assignment, and witnessing the warmth of the community as well as the beauty of the Sandhills, I am proud to have made Fayetteville home. I am passionate about the people in my life and am excited to be working with such a professional and caring team helping others in the community to achieve their goal of home ownership. My goal is to create a positive experience for customers and clients by applying aTIPS philosophy. *Talk – Develop relationships where the communication is based upon an active listening skill set. My mantra is, “Information does not get better as it ages, it is meant to be passed along.” *Predictable – I pledge timely, courteous and professional service be afforded every customer/client. *Sensitive – I understand that the purchase or sale of real property can be a very emotional experience; sellers become attached to their homes, and new buyers cannot wait to begin the joy of home ownership. Being sensitive to the needs of all parties in the property transaction will facilitate a healthy and timely transaction.As a former Soldier, Army Recruiter, and Investigator, I made a mission of identifying the needs of my employees and clients. As a focused listener, adept advisor, and enthusiastic personal counselor, I mentored individuals in the planning, development, and action phases allowing each of my employees and clients to accomplish their goals.
