Richards moved from London, England to New York City in the summer of 2000, where he spent four years as a masonry supervisor for MC & O Construction, one of the biggest masonry and stone building companies in Manhattan and the five boroughs.Richards left New York for Savannah, GA where he started Richards Masonry, his own masonry company. In 2011 he branched off into real estate and soon started working with Vantosh Realty, learning and honing his skills as part of one of the most relevant independent commercial real estate companies in the area.In only four years in the industry Richards has handled more than $20 million in transactions in realms such as land, property investment and leasing.He has since joined SVN, where he is looking to further improve his understanding of, and presence in, the area and industry.
