As I gain more knowledge about the real estate market I will continue to network and grow my business to be the top selling agent in the Mid Michigan area as well as in the nation with eXp. As I continue to grow in the real estate industry I have learned how to effectively negotiate with other agents, communicate with others as I continue to network and build relationships. One SUCCESS that I have had early in my real estate career is that after only 2 offers I had one of my first clients under contract. I have been diligently working with a couple other clients that are in the process of getting pre approved so I can once again use my growing skills to see them under contract sooner than later, to. RECAP OF MY FIRST YEAR IN REAL ESTATE: I started my career in real estate in late March 2021 and made the transition to full time real estate in April 2021. It took a couple months before I started getting active leads but by the end of May 2021 I had my first two clients under contract. Between June 2021 and March 2022 I will have closed with 11 clients.
