Sandy is a licensed Broker with Ashbrook Realty. She began her career in 1996 working with a state certified appraiser, which gave her the tools necessary to understand and determine property market values. Since obtaining her real estate salesperson license in 2000 and her Broker’s license in 2012, she has closed millions of dollars in sales. Sandy is an approved, registered Broker with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, held of office the Realtor Political Action Committee Chairman for several years, served on the Multiple Listing Service board, is a Notary Public for the State of Florida, and currently serves on the Heartland Association of Realtors nominating committee. She is a member of the Hardee County Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Wauchula. Because Sandy sees the importance in giving back to her community, she currently serves on the Hardee County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is a volunteer with Volunteers in Service to the Elderly and the Hardee Help Center. In the past she was a member of the Wauchula Women’s Club, Wauchula Garden Club and volunteered at the local elementary and junior high school.
