I like to be thought of as a creative Realtor, my experience in Real Estate is extensive, 28 years in the business as of 2013, with a wall full of top producer awards. I consider myself to be a "value added" Realtor that "counsels" his clients to determine what is the best strategy for their needs. I have used boats for down payments, barter currency, notes to balance equities, and different forms of Real and personal property in "equity marketing" techniques. I know how to use a calculator and can help you understand the types of yields in investment properties and how to value both Residential and Commercial properties based on income streams. I'm an experienced investor, I own several investments such as duplexes, tri-plexes, four plexes, SFR's, notes, partnerships in LLC's and other holdings. With that said I also know how to sell a house in the conventional way!! In recent years I've educated myself in short sales to deal with changing times and hold a certified distressed property expert designation. I've done most things in this business and offer that knowledge to you.
