I am the Broker and Owner of Spartan Group brokered by REAL Broker, serving the Tampa Bay region. I believe in continually educating myself to better service my clients and learn from top producers around the country. I have earned one of the highest designations in Real Estate, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). A CRS Realtor® is your assurance that you are working with one of the top professionals in the business. Approximately 3% of all Realtors® have earned the CRS designation. I have also earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), assuring affluent sellers and buyers that I have the knowledge, experience, competence, and confidence they require. In addition to the above designations, I also achieved Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation which has provided me additional knowledge on many of the technical topics in real estate. On a personal note, I served in the US Army around the world for a number of years. I have moved many, many times, and understand the stress, anxiety, and excitement that comes along with relocating. I believe that this experience and genuine understanding has helped me in my career. I am married to a wonderful man, have one child, and one dog. When I am not working, I enjoy reading a good book, cooking, traveling, and having the family over.
