One of Mary’s first positions was working in her family’s real estate firm in her hometown of Chapel Hill, NC. Licensed in 1987, she has had her hand in all matter’s real estate for most of her life – being a broker, working in property management, buying, and selling investment properties, renovating homes, building equestrian properties, and running her own real estate firm. A consummate lover of adventures, challenges and trying new things, Mary has also enjoyed success in other positions including being a techie at Microsoft, owning a horse breeding farm and managing a CPA firm.Mary adeptly applies her life experience and deep understanding of real estate to serve her clients with expertise and creative solutions. From first time home buyers, investment properties, homes, land, luxury homes, estates, farms and equestrian properties, Mary will be with you every step of the way. A lifelong equestrian who also enjoys fishing, scuba, kayaking, sailing, and hiking. She is well traveled and continues to seek new horizons and experiences in her free time.
