Beginning my career in real estate in 1978, then received my Broker’s license the following year, I have worked in every facet of the business, including selling commercial properties and businesses. Because I have specialized in financing, I have been able to help many home buyers purchase their first home, finding them the Bond money, grants and city programs. In 1985, I opened my own office working solely with a commercial developer to build shopping centers right here in Pinellas County and was a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.1995 brought me back to residential sales. All the while I have also owned and operated several businesses of my own, and have bought and sold investment homes I have renovated. Then new doors of opportunity opened in 2002 and brought me to Broker-Manage Accent Real Estate Pros, Inc. Now, it's 2015 and I've come back home to be my own independent Brokerage again, Apone Realty. I am an active member of IREP (Independent Real Estate Professionals) and was their President-Elect in 2006 and President in 2007 and Women's Council of Realtors which I served on several committees. 2019 NAR awarded me Emeritus status. As a multi-year Beacon Award Winner, I continually strive to provide honesty, integrity, and old-fashioned customer service to everyone.
