Raquel Ramirez is the broker/owner of Featured Properties International, a full service, boutique real estate firm in Miami, Florida. She has nearly 20 years of real estate experience, seven years of which she spent working as a corporate banker during the economic crisis. As a banker, she helped build and manage the Special Assets Division for two banks where she drafted policies, procedures and sales strategies for all short sales and foreclosure transactions. This unique experience sets her apart amongst her peers, as she actively consults with all of her past, present and future clients on all matters real estate. Perhaps her strongest skill is the ability to communicate effectively. This unique combination of skills and experience allows her to provide information, consultation and guidance to all of her clients so that they can comfortably make informed decisions. Although she works with a varied clientele at all stages of their lives, she specializes in providing service to divorcing couples and homeowners struggling with the idea of short sales. She’s held leadership roles in various organizations throughout the years and currently serves as Assistant Director at The National Association of Divorce Professionals (in Coral Gables) from which she was designated as a Certified Divorce Specialist. She has a few passions, including interior design, and currently holds an interior design certification from the University of Miami. All in all, she works tirelessly to serve buyers, sellers and other professionals with integrity and a sincere eagerness to help them reach their goals.
