Starr was born, raised, and has always resided in southern Florida, the last 40 years in Marco Island, Fiddler’s Creek, and Naples. She started, owned, and managed her own appliance company when she was nineteen. She was a pharmaceutical representative for almost 10 years before moving into the mortgage (licensed banker) and rental (certified rental agent) businesses. She acquired a true love for helping her customers meet their needs and dreams in real estate and became a full-time realtor in 2002. Starr prides herself in becoming very close to her clients using her listening skills and empathy and possessing the talents it takes to help them satisfy their real estate needs.Her specialties include golf and luxury waterfront properties, new construction, short sales/bank owned (REO) properties, financing/funding, representing both buyers and sellers and a strong sense for what it takes to close a deal through negotiation. Starr understands her markets well including local access routes, schools, shopping, entertainment, and the trends of each. She has worked often with foreign nationals in the purchasing of rental investment property and second homes. She is a member of the Naples Woman’s Club and an avid supporter of the Special Olympics, promoting that cause working hand-in-hand with the local community. With a warm personality and keen focus on end goals, she makes the selling and buying of real estate an enjoyable yet effective experience for her clients. Starr is a member of the Naples and Marco Island Board of Realtors.
