Tracy and her husband retired and decided to winter in Southwest, Florida in 2011, and the following year they decided to make it their permanent home by purchasing a house in paradise.She attended Sparks Business School and Browns Business College and has a Broker's license in Illinois, as well as a Sales Associate license in Florida.Paradise Exclusive Real Estate is a local boutique real estate office that matches her energy and passion for the business. With many new marketing and technology tools, Tracy has an increasingly powerful platform to list and sell properties, taking her work with both buyers and sellers to the next level.Her past work experience has mostly been in the agricultural market, having lived in Central Illinois most of her life. Tracy previously worked at GSI in Assumption, IL, a global manufacturer of agricultural products. She was first hired in the accounting department and then promoted to Senior Buyer in their corporate office, negotiating contracts with various suppliers, evaluating supplier quality processes, and working with engineering to develop new product lines. Tracy then had the opportunity to work for Ag Growth LLC, a Canadian agricultural company located in Winnipeg, Canada, where she negotiated all corporate contracts for various divisions in Canada and the United States, and managed the purchasing operations of Union Iron in Decatur, IL. Due to Tracy's past work experience, she feels she has excellent negotiation and communication skills.Tracy believes that having good communication skills is crucial, and therefore she makes sure to answer all phone calls and return all emails, and text messages promptly. She will be with her clients from the beginning until the end, handling all of the stressful issues so they don't have to.She looks forward to serving her clients and handling all of their real estate needs.
