After nearly 20 years working with the best major chain/franchise offices in the world, Mike found that in today's market, specialized "boutique" firms with extreme local knowledge are much more personalized and provide more effective results.First coming to Daytona Beach Florida in 1964, living in South Florida in the late 1970's, the greater Tampa area in early 1980's and being a South Brevard County resident since 1983, Mike and his team are very familiar with this unique niche market.Mike has worked with individual investors which have bought/sold over 100 homes, others buying acres of vacant land, college kids and young adults buying their first home, savvy retirees, vacation property buyers, flippers, foreign investors, builders, commercial developers and most often "local residents" enjoying the sun, sea and sand simply fulfilling their search for the perfect home!
