Phil always had an interest in real estate and management.It really did not come full circle until he got into his thirties. He grew up helping his dad and grandmother with properties that they owned in the Smith Hill area of Providence, allowing his to learn valuable trade skills, and understand the relationship between property owner and tenant.Phil attended the Western New England University where he majored in Business Management & Entrepreneurship. From there, he spent the next decade working in restaurants and hospitality throughout Rhode Island, serving as the General Manager. During this period, Phil explored he eventually started his own mobile bartending company, which while challenging, taught him many skills in many areas of owning a business.After he was married to his wife Corey in 2019 and the discussion of family was brought up, Phil was looking for bigger and more long-term goals for himself and his family that did not include shifts ending at 3am. At that same time, Joe was reaching out to Phil about opportunities he had at Strive which involved opening a restaurant and learning many aspects in Real Estate. The timing could not have been better for both of them.Phil joined the Strive Team and knew quickly he wanted to be part of the daily hustle that the other members were a part of. Phil took the role as Office Manager overseeing all aspects of Strive’s Operations. Including rentals, maintenance, bookkeeping, hospitality, tenant, and partner relations.
