This transformed the 208 Real Estate Team into the 208 Real Estate Brokerage in June 2014, focusing on top-tier customer service, attention to detail, and relationship building. PJ sought to not only implement these values in-house but also share them with other agents.With the success of 208 Real Estate, PJ and his wife Shay decided to sell their ownership and launch ReDefined Real Estate in June 2020. Their new boutique-style brokerage focuses on a client-first approach, with a commitment to education and training. PJ remains dedicated to delivering high-level service in every transaction.
